REGISTRATION //

Since enrollment is limited, early registration is advised. 

To register, please complete the REGISTRATION FORM below and return it with payment to Kemic Bioresearch Laboratories as indicated. To ensure availability of a place it is strongly recommended that you pre-register either by PHONE (902 678-8195), FAX (902 678-2839) or E-MAIL before mailing your completed Registration Form with payment of the course fee to Kemic. 

FEES //
------------------------------------------------------------------
The fee for each course is $1,495 per person (+ 5% GST for courses held in Canada). The fee includes a set of course instructional material plus coffee, juice and snacks at morning and afternoon breaks. (* A discount fee schedule is available for any organization which preregisters more than three attendees. Special rates are also available for those planning to attend more than one course. Please enquire.) 

CANCELLATIONS //
------------------------------------------------------------------
The registration fee is refundable, less a $200.00 service charge, for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the course commencement date. For cancellations made within the two week period prior to commencement, the course fee will be nonrefundable. Transfers and substitutions, however, may be made without incurring additional charges. 

ACCOMMODATION //
------------------------------------------------------------------
Hotel accommodation and meals must be arranged directly by the attendee. 

For the TraveLodge Toronto Airport (416-674-2222) venue, corporate room rates are available. Tourist and local hotel information for courses in Nova Scotia may be obtained toll-free from 'CheckInns' (800-565-0000) or by clicking HERE.
